The market area was super cute and the service was great. I’m a bit of a picky eater but we were recommended great options when ordering! The corn bread I swear was right out of the oven and definitely a highlight as bread is key to any good meal. The brisket was fall apart and so flavorful especially paired with the barbecue sauce. Such a gem of a place.
Stopped in here thinking it was a mall, come to find out it’s just a fancy food court with offices above. Meal total was $50 which was fairly high considering our meal choices. Brisket was tough and overcooked. My spouse had to visit the dentist because some dry brisket got lodged in her gums and needed to be removed.
Are you serious you only get 6 rib tips for 13.00 dollars come on this is Las Vegas this is the last time for me and doesn’t look like anything I saw on Fox 6 this morning nothing but regret
Caleb was the cook…he was spot on with his recommendation of the smoked bbq sauce to go w/ the pulled pork & briquettes, corn bread, cole slaw and potato salad (which was great)! He also recommended the Lemonade that seemed to be just what my palate needed!!! I will definitely be BACK!!
The brisket sandwich didn't look anything like their pictures and had a lot of fat and only 4 little slices of meat.
Made a quick stop while exploring the city of Milwaukee to explore new places and bites to eat. Stumbled on Smokin’ Jacks BBQ spot hidden in the corner of the MKE 3rd Street Market food Hall. Smokin’ Jacks offered a variety of sandwiches and meat combos to try. I had the trio (brisket, chicken, ribs tips), with Baked Beans and Potatoes Salad. While the portion size appeared to be smaller than anticipated, the meat flavoring offered pure smoked BBQ sensation. I had it with the Alabama sauce and Texan BBQ sauce. Both adding different tastes flavors.
$32 for a pound of brisket that was dry and doesn’t come with any sides. Their Texas style BBQ sauce was also pretty bland. Not sure when this brisket was smoked but it’s not fresh.
Absolutely amazing. Love this place and will make it a mandatory stop every time I'm in Milwaukee. The whole area is pretty neat.
