Smokeshow BBQ

Smokeshow was born in the backyard of our Michigan lake house, where we spent summers in BBQ-stained white t-shirts, crushed cans of Busch Light, and belted out the lyrics of Tim McGraw’s “Something Like That.” Hickory and laughter filled the air while meat fell off their bones and we fell off our chairs. It was meaty, messy, memorable—and that’s the same backyard experience we want for you. At Smokeshow, we only smoke the good stuff. Mouth-watering brisket, thick slabs of bacon, or a nice rib rack that will certainly turn heads. Our recipes are made from scratch because we believe short cuts should never be used during a good meat rub. Pull up a chair, loosen that belt, and get ready for a good ol’ fashioned meat sweat to remember.
