No hand baskets, just shopping carts. And now there's no plastic bags just paper. Constantly out of stock of items, and certain items not on sale at this location yet on sale at other Smiths nearby

Dirty, smelly, no paper or plastic bags available.

I went to use the bathroom at smiths and the manager threw me out because I was inside using the bathroom. She said I could'nt use the restroom in their store.

Busy as expected for the eve of thanks .

Great place to shop, but I have learned. They don't all carry the same thing. Some are bigger than others, so I expect them not to all have the same thing since it is based on the location. So, in turn, still great shopping and experience.

They literally had no ice cream.

One time my coupon didn’t apply, so I talked to customer service. She said to go get the product so she could scan it. I went and got it. A different cashier announces on the intercom that I’m stealing. I explain to her that the first lady wants to scan it. I don’t get how it’s stealing if have it in my hands and I never leave the store. Anyway every time I come here the lost protection guy follows me around now. I hate it. I’ve never stolen before and I’ve spent more than $5,000 here since I’ve moved to the area.

It a good store I like it doesn't have enough Mexican food or stuff but is good.
