Easy to find what I needed. Quick and friendly staff.

Pick up service is awful. Order had plenty of items missing and or was wrong. 04/7/24 --picked up between 7-8 PM. When arrived there were 8 cars waiting for over 10 minutes. I had to leave and come back because I had to be somewhere. When I came back 40 minutes later, there was only one car however I still had to wait over 10 minutes to get my order. Once employee came out he was incredibly unprofessional and rude. There is always some sort of issue when I do pick up from this specific smiths. I have been treated poorly with the employees inside the store as well. Specifically in the check out lanes--Older lady. Super disappointed. I keep giving it a try thinking it will get better or that it was a one time thing but tonight crossed that line. I will be driving to a different one from now on or just go to Walmart.

Amazing selection of groceries and more. It is affordable and not difficult to find sale priced items. The fuel rewards program is simple and convenient with the best rates!

Where to start, this Smiths has gone down hill, I use to enjoy my experience over the years, but lately these employees just don't care, the whole self check out crew( except Vicki) and front end are so rude, the front end person, I wish I could remember her name, long hair, lots of make-up and smokes out front and comes in reeking of smoke, she is unconcerned about any problem you have, this whole store needs a meeting and and a class to know how to treat a customer. I hardly go and when I do it reminds me why I go to Avenues Smiths. Store employees need a revamp. Come on Tiffany and Higher ups!! Do something here.

It has a great variety of fresh, good quality products. Sometimes, they have good sale offerings. Good location, too.

Store is organized and clean. Shelves always stocked. Starbucks inside nothing wrong except the dirty looks I got after asking for the bathroom.

The Pick up service is not great. Waited for 20 minutes before I got my groceries. I had to call the guest services, and waited again.

Bad location, great store, fresh food and flowers. They also have gas and money services.
