Smashburger

The burger was good the onion rings was half cooked and I didn't like them... the young man taking orders don't greet you or say may I help you he just look at you waiting for you to order... and it was freezing cold inside there I will try them again but not the onion rings

Food and concept is ok. I thought it was just another run of the mill burger place. Food was tasty but I felt I could go to burger king and get as good a burger but for less cost. I may give it another try but nothing stood out to make me want to return.

Burger wasn’t cooked, raw meat, and the bun was smashed in the bag.

UPDATE! I have not been to this restaurant in 5 years and boy has this place fallen apart. Gone are the friendly and welcoming staff, gone is the quality and care put into the food. The decor is outdated and dirty. The bathroom was gross, the hand soap dispenser was empty, so instead of replacing it, the staff poured water inside to make it last longer. The food, was blah at best. There was more of the breading on the chicken than actual chicken itself. I don't know what happened to this place that led to such a downfall, but it is incredibly sad to see. I love coming here, the staff is friendly and the food is great! I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant. If you are going to smash burger for the first time I recommend the grilled chicken on multi grain with lettuce and avocado.

Every thing was great.good food, good service, and nice atmosphere. Needless to say don’t trust the other reviews.

The service was definitely slow. No wonder it's always empty when ever I pass this place.
