I haven’t been here in years and was excited to try it again. The cashier was really sweet It was slow when I came in, and somehow the food still took a long time? I think there was only one cook so thats understandable. However, when I got my food the fries were so stale. The burger was ok, but almost $20 for this? No. Just a little disappointed.

Cold food. Refried store tots. Chicken that has a rubber texture

I'm very disappointed with this place first time there trying their burgers and it was a very bad decision to come here with my family..the potatoes were dry and cold they tasted like cardboard I feel bad that I wasted my money here I rather keep going to five guys it's much worth it.

Parking kinda sucks The service was alright. There were hardly any napkins. If Five Guys is the king of grease, SmashBurger is the prince. I thought there should have been more fries for the amount I'm paying for the meal. I ordered the Double Colorado burger and I loved it.
