Smallcakes of Surprise

We had a quick elopement and needed a cake in 2 weeks. Not only did they come through with flavor but the cake was beautiful! Better than I ever dreamed. We had an up themed wedding reception and the cake was everything I wanted it to be.

3 doors down from Starbucks I discovered Smallcakes of Surprise. Not only do they have cupcakes that are uncommonly good but the people who own the place are absolutely marvelous. I got there a little before it was time for the store to open and I was invited in to look around and I’m glad I did. Nice people, good treats and a wonderful space makes this an ideal place. I’ve tasted their small cakes and I will definitely use them to supply my wife’s milestone birthday party next month. This small business should be sold out everyday, their small cakes are that good and the owners are what makes small business great.

My son just celebrated his third birthday and we ordered his cake from Small Cakes of Suprise. All I can say is this was the best cake ever! The cakes was super amazing and delicious. It was all everyone talked about during the party and the number one question I got during the party was, “Who made it?”. I will definitely be ordering again year after year for my little one.

My cupcakes tastes horrible I expected better I could’ve just made it myself

I was promised by Hanna on September 22 to get a military discount applied to the order. She stated that the owner had the capability to do so from her cell phone and would change it that day. That Hanna would text the manager right away. I never asked for my order to be canceled. You canceled on me as your only resolution. Since you were not willing to work with us anymore, you left the only option to agree to cancel the order. I asked how can I trust to follow through when I have had 2 staff promise me follow-up and no follow-up happened in over a week. Ordered a wedding cake, I was promised to have military discount taken off by Hanna, they never did. Two different staff at the store promised the discount would be refunded. Manager canceled our order, still have not received refund of $271.78 The owner was very rude and her only suggestion was to cancel the order. She wouldn’t cancel it and ring it up again with the correct pricing. Owner was belittling and did not seem to care at all about customer explaining the situation. The owner was too busy on vacation to care about customer service.

This is the sweetest place.. great cupcakes. Made daily! Doesn’t get much better then that!! Yummy choices! Prices are fair! Great great customer service. Boxing is super cute! And clean

Unfortunately I didn't get to eat any as they were a "thank you" to my seamstress team. But judging by their responses, I'd say they were a big hit! Thank you Smallcakes for another amazing batch of cupcakes

First time for my son’s birthday It was delicious. I love supporting small businesses. This place offers an assortment of cakes, ice cream and cupcakes! I will be back for another birthday
