I moved to St. Louis a couple years ago and I’ve been excited to try Small Batch for quite a while, so I decided to go tonight for my birthday, but I will never go back there now. I brought a friend with me and her (Pesto) meal was horrible. The menu said it had mushrooms and squash and several other vegetables in it, but it didn’t. When we told the waiter he didn’t seem to care even though he said other people had complained too. We won’t be going back and I suggest you don’t either. $20 for noodles with no vegetables and no sauce just isn’t worth it.
Insanely tasty, deluxe vegan eats. Highly recommended for vegans AND non-vegans for insanely flavorful eats and fantastic drink selection.
I tried this place this weekend. It’s vegetarian and offers some unique choices for dining. The space is very well decorated and has a great vibe. Our appetizer was the beet hummus. It was a little sweeter than expected but it was good. Definitely something out of the ordinary. For the entree I had a falafel burger. It was good but it had more of a crunch in it than I was expecting. Again, not bad, just different. Overall, this is a great place to step away from the ordinary. Reasonably priced.
I kind of avoided this place for a while because I don't like whiskey, but I finally went for food and cocktails and it was awesome! So cute inside and while the menu isn't large, each thing I tried is very good. I still think about the brussels sprouts
I stopped in at Small Batch Whiskey & Fare just for drinks and had a lovely time. The staff was very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It's a fantastic place for cocktails. I'm looking forward to returning for dinner!
