Liviana was absolutely lovely, had a lovely bottomless brunch.

Carys was absolutely lovely - me and the girls had the best brunch all thanks to her! She was really friendly and welcoming - would definitely recommend and come back again!

Went for bottomless brunch to celebrate my forthcoming wedding. Wasn't sure if it would be a good idea as the party consisted of a few OAP. What a fantastic night. Drinks flowed faster than a river, food was excellent and the waiter Isaac was lush. Not much else to say

Overall an excellent experience, our server Ella-Louise was outstanding, the food was delicious, hot and quickly served along with drinks at bottomless brunch. The only negative was of no fault of any staff members of the Slug and Lettuce but of staff members from another establishment who seem it's ok to come in and out of the building, leaving the door open so everyone was freezing and when these two males were challenged, the one was just rolling his eyes constantly because we kept having to get up and close the door, then the other commented that he was only going to be 5 minutes as if it was no big deal and clearly didn't understand that when the tables nearest the doors were dining, we were freezing with the door constantly open. I have to mention that if it wasn't for Ella-Louise actually bringing to our attention that it wasn't staff members of the establishment, I would have made a complaint against the Slug and Lettuce as it did disrupt and tarnish our dining experience.

Atmosphere was good, food was lovely. Very disappointed with the bottomless brunch though, An hour and a half wait for 1 drink - isn't bottomless nor worth £43 (when you have the upgrade). Towards the end all 4 drinks i had ordered throughout the 2 hour sit was brought at once which ruins the experience then because you cant relax and go at your own pace. I think organisational skills need to be looked at here. The waitress serving the table next to us broke a bunch of glassware which showered my friend in glass. Our own waitress though was quite good, just a shame the drinks were late or "not put through properly" as she put it. I would come back again just for drinks ordered at the bar, as the drinks were really nice! But I would definitely give the brunch a miss as I've been to a few bottomless brunches in cardiff and this wasn't up to par - wasn't the worst I've had but was the most expensive for what it was.

Popped in for our first visit on a Tuesday afternoon and was quite lively with people and music. We couldn't have our first choice food of a sharer which was a shame but our food alternative was very nice and reasonable priced. 2 for 1 on cocktails and they were very good too. Service faultless.
