Absolutely disgraceful, over aggressive and disgusting behaviour by both the management and also by the bouncers, discriminating against 3 middle aged women trying to enjoy a drink, which, after receiving foul verbal abuse by a customer of this establishment, were told to vacate the premises, with the aggressor allowed to remain in the bar. The staff then refused to refund for the drinks just purchased - absolute shame on you Slug and Lettuce. We will never return and will definitely not recommend.

Discriminative behaviour by staff, never had this by other branches of the chain but it's disgusting that in 2024 they allow this to continue.

Ford was great and kept on top of our drinks whenever he could. excellent service

Terrible customer service. After having a bottomless brunch 17th Feb for my birthday the experience was terrible. We were sat at a table pretty much next to the bar. Granted it was busy as it was Saturday so I expected it to be busy. During in our brunch we were knocked into by other people, people placing their emptying drinks on our table, people trying to take chairs if someone left the table. The food didn't come out together and wasn't great for what we'd paid in all honesty. The only thing I cant knock was the lady that got is our drinks. She was brilliant! I unfortunately sent an email complaint. Still haven't had clarification. Was offered a free brunch for myself and 1 other person even tho there were 7 of us in the party! But have heard nothing about that.

We had an amazing bottomless brunch/drinks at S&L, for my husband’s 50th! Charlotte our hostess was absolutely wonderful, she looked after us the entire time and was so attentive, efficient and presented a service with a smile! She wasn’t phased by how busy it was, she remained calm and happy the whole time. We will definitely go again!
