I had a meatball sandwich with mozzarella cheese. My meatballs was so hard I couldn't eat it. I asked for extra cheese and I didn't get it. Called back to let them know that my food was not like it should be. I kept getting hung up on and no one would answer the phone. Called 4 times the same thing, call dropped.

My daughter loves this place, but she said canes is better but slim chickens a close 2nd.

We were greeted by a very nice young lady who was training a new gal. I hope it got better for her. Manager told trainee to wait on us, which caused trainee to get an attitude. Not sure of situation that led up to this, hopefully it got resolved. Wheelchair accessibility: Available
