I am first and foremost a pizza connoisseur. Secondly, I worked at an Italian pizzeria for almost 12 years, so when it comes to customer service, Quality and just an overall joy of giving people great food because I want everybody to leave happy. I’ve been in this establishment as well as the one in commerce because I tried to give them a second chance even third chance I think I went back another time just to see if the service or quality would’ve been different but it wasn’t, the cashier was incapable of helping us with the menu. It took so long for our food and they weren’t even busy. The quality of the food once presented, did not coincide with all the nice things that I’ve heard about the place I went there myself, and the quality was not great. It tasted like frozen store-bought off the cardboard pizza that’s not an exaggeration. I’ve been a cook for I don’t know how many years now and to me one of the most important things is customer serviceand having folks willing to come back not just for the quality of the food, but for the people that were kind enough to wait on us to provide great customer service, which apparently they Don’t provide. I wish Little Italy’s was still in that building now that was some phenomenal pizza you could taste the quality of the fresh ingredients. The customer service was great. If your order was wrong they did whatever they could to fix it. Plus the atmosphere that little Italy used to have with the down home Italian feel you felt welcome. I miss that place.

Used to be one of our favorite spots but we won’t be going here again. My husband was charged twice for the same food. After disputing with our bank it was determined to not be a false charge. Apparently a representative from sliced declined that we were charged twice for the same food because there was a difference in the amount (the tip) They literally swiped his card twice. Said it didn’t work the first so they swiped again and then it “worked” so he left his tip and got our food not thinking anything of it. I’m not happy considering we eat there because it’s cheap and we don’t have “extra” money to spend!

The best pizza and wings in Gainesville! My wife and I love this place! Sad to hear about it's closing at the end of December. Looking forward to visiting as much as possible until then!

My daughter and I went there for lunch today. Firstly everything was great. The pizza was delicious and the staff were amazing as well. However, my daughter is autistic and she dropped our pizza while we were eating. The staff all went above amazing and made us another pizza and helped me calm the situation. They went above and beyond, and they may not realize that they made, what could have ended our day badly, seem like it was a very small normal thing. Thank you so much to everyone that worked this afternoon. Your kindness goes very far. I wish I could give more stars.
