service is very poor and not up to the mark the waiters will not even listen to you they are lost in their own world and even food is not up to mark according to its price . worst experience ever .

The only good thing about this place is its ambience. The food quality and the service of this place doesn’t even come close to the standards of a 5 star hotel. We had ordered Pasta, Salt and Pepper Prawns, and Chicken Lollipop and none of the items were up to the mark. The core disappointment wasn’t even about the food quality but the pathetic service offered by the waiters. The service was so slow that we had to get up and go to the counter to request for bringing the basic cutlery on the table. The waiters ignored our request 3-4 times. Even when we complaint to the manager, there was no apology or any sincere accountability. This place just isn’t worth the money. If you want to ruin your evening, do pay a visit to the “grand rooftop.”
