Customer service was terrible. Walked in and staff just stood and stared at me. I walked around the shop and still no-one spoke to me. Wanted to buy earrings I saw in the window. The 2 stars are for the cafe, always had a good experience and food is good too.
Got engagement ring from here and a necklace sorted. Good customer service

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The two stars is for the food, as it was great but let down by rude staff. Myself and friends decided to meet with partners and 2 babies for a catch up over Christmas at sinclairs bistro. I arrived with my partner, sister and baby and requested a table for 8 with space for 2 prams. The cafe was empty and there was lots of tables and space available. The waitress mentioned she would need to put tables together, which she did not seem not very keen to do. I offered to help which she then decided to place us in the middle of the restaurant and put chairs on the end of a table. As the restaurant got busy, this was an issue and the staff even complained to us that we were in the way although they seated us here. Not once did the staff ask for our order or provide us menus, we had to continually request this and when we asked for a drinks menu the waitress responded with “we have the usual”. After waiting an hour just to request a food order and where staff regularly ignored us, my friend requested a slice of toast for her 1 year old. The waitress made this difficult and said she would need to see what she could do as the kitchen was busy. For a piece of toast?! We all got to the point where we didn’t even want to request for a drink with our lunch as the staff made us feel so unwelcome. The whole experience is a shame as the food was great and put a damper on our get together over the Christmas period.
