Using an old family Southern New Mexico recipe, Martin and Irene Castillo established their first Si Señor Restaurant in their hometown of Deming, New Mexico in 1984. Martin and Irene together with their three children have opened Si Señor Restaurants in New Mexico and Arizona. The highly successful Si Señor Restaurants have prospered in the most competitive region for arguably the best tasting Mexican Food in the Southwest. The success can be largely attributed to their sumptuous use of Hatch Chile, the impeccable service of their dedicated employees, and of course, their unique Southern New Mexico recipes.
