Shuggie’s Trash Pie + Natural Wine is a climate solutions restaurant and natural wine bar in San Francisco. Our menu of done-up party food and grandma-style pizzas highlights upcycled produce, byproducts, and offcuts to divert food from the waste stream and help educate on the impact of food waste on our climate crisis. Since opening in 2022, Shuggie’s has been named one of America’s Best New Restaurants by Esquire, Bon Appétit, and New York Times, and was selected for the James Beard Foundation's WEL Fellowship. We are most proud, however, of the 80,000lbs of food we have rescued from our local food shed to support our local farmers. We look forward to feeding you!
