First time trying Shredderz Food truck at M1 concourse for Cars and Coffee event. We ordered the chorizo shredder (to split) and a cheese quesadilla with side of bacon. I really enjoyed how tasty the wrap was, hash browns stayed crispy even with the sour cream and fresh pico topping inside. Looking forward to having it as a skillet topped with fried egg next time. Vegetarian options: Have vegetarian option and they said the meat could be subbed with Brussel sprouts on the other selections Kid-friendliness: Can’t go wrong with cheese quesadilla
I just had a pulled pork wrap from SHRED tonight and it was absolutely delicious! The potato shreds and pickles were an amazing compliment to the perfectly sauced pulled pork. It was a perfect combination of sweet, savory, tangy, crispy and meaty. I ordered a full wrap thinking that I would save half of it for lunch tomorrow because it's a good sized portion. NOPE! It ended up being so good that I devoured the whole thing before I realized what I'd done. I'm so not sorry! It was amazing! This place is a welcome compliment to our Hazel Park neighborhood! The only downside is that I want another one already. Is that a downside?
Just tried it out good food
First time and last time ever eating at this place, I ordered a shake and a seasoned fry came home after eating. Iv been completely sick. It’s the only thing I ate yesterday I am completely disgusted. It’s got to be something wrong with the products they’re using or they’re just something ain’t right.
Hash browns were extremely salty to the point of being inedible and this is being said from someone who likes their food well-seasoned.. They were a good texture as someone who likes my browns cooked crispy. The BBQ pork is tasty though. Mac and cheese is good although the bechamel was separated so it was quite greasy. Crab rangoons were OK but nothing to write home about.
