Absolutely terrible service, we wanted just a quick beer and an appie on April 3. We were seated outside she said she would be back. She walked past us 3 or 4 times. Still never came to serve us we ended up leaving.

I'm a regular customer who usually comes in once a week since the beginning of April since I was working away from home - I enjoy the food quite a bit, but the service today was absolutely appauling. After I paid my bill, a manager (or supervisor) came up to me and said I wasn't allowed back unless I'm paying 18 percent or more in tips because they are losing money from me as a customer. It was right in front of my two coworkers who I asked to come out with me, and we were all stunned. I always tip, sometimes even if it isn't the highest, because I don't always have the financial means to pay that much. Everyone's situations are different, so it was disgusting that she said that. I walked up to her afterward and told her what she said was super disrespectful and that not everyone has the means to tip that high and that I won't be back. She said, "That's fine," and smiled. I don't want to come back - I feel extremely unwelcome by the front of house staff - because I'm not wealthy enough to pay 18 percent in tips every time. And from where I'm from (Alberta), 18 percent is only standard if you have a group of 10 or more. I don't recommend visiting here. They seem to only care about the tips. Vegetarian options: They have vegan and vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to shellfish, and I never got an allergic reaction from cross-contamination here.

We got a drink out with friends. The waitress messed up our food order, when the wrong thing came out and we corrected it, she rolled her eyes and then threw the plate of wrong food on a table. Took the staff 10 minutes to say that the other item was unavailable. Then had a chance in staff, where the bills were mixed up. Took over 10 minutes and three staff to correct it. The staff are abrasive and rude. We will not be going back. Much better alternatives nearby.

Good pretzels 'n bratwurst!

Omg I can’t say enough good things. The food amazing our server so so good and the ?owner or manager who ever he was was so awesome. But the food again yess.. did the chicken burger and the spices and sauces were fabulous. But desert the cheese cake was out of this world good!!! Thank you thank you

We had our annual Friendsmas party at Shore Line on the weekend and it was an awesome experience. There was 21 of us and our server was absolutely amazing, she was proactive on getting us drinks and nailed every order even though we were not always in our same spots. Her name was Megan and she deserves a huge shout out! The food was also fantastic as usual and was one of the reasons we wanted to go to Shore Line in the first place. Thank you to Steve, Megan, the serving staff and the kitchen staff for an amazing experience, we will be back next year for sure!

For sure the best tuna sandwich I've ever had - with the avocado and whatever fancy bacon they use. It's somewhere in my top 5 of best all-time burger/sandwiches ever. Whether they're busy or empty, service has always been on the slow side. Normally that's -1 star. But the tuna makes up for it. Whatever they put on their fries makes them, possibly, the best in Kelowna.

Great views and nice venue. Waitress on Dec 28 early afternoon was very inattentive and clearly uninterested in being at work. Would not remove dirty dishes, no smile, waiting forever to get served. Food mediocre to good. Mushroom soup puree was really gross

Best poutine in Canada (and we tried a lot) Came here in October and were not disspointed, outstanding service and food. We ordered the shoreline poutine and a flight of beers (paddleboard for us Aussies) Was well priced and delicious, the poutine was large enough for 2 of us to share and put all others on our trip to shame.

Great service, staff are super friendly and happy to be there. Best french fries in town! Check out their karaoke on a Sunday too!
