Disaster!! New owners rearranging every aisle and adding new ones so they can cram in as much merchandise as possible. Disappointing. Also, be very wary of the Manager's special displays at the registers, most of the foods are either stale, rancid, or dried out.
I went to use the self checkout because I had 3 separate orders all under 20 items and asked the person working the self checkout if it was okay since they were 3 separate orders under 20 items that added up to a total of 27 items if they weren't separate. The worker said that's fine and allowed me to do it. As I was ringing up the orders for instacart a way I make money another worker shut down the machine I was using and completely messed up what I was doing because she had a problem with me ringing up 3 orders. She continued to lie and say the sign said there was only 1 order allowed to be rung up per customer. I looked at the sign and nowhere on that sign did it say that. She was incredibly rude and quite frankly just power tripping over the fact that I was 7 items over the limit even though it was 3 separate orders. She almost ruined my chance at making money because she had an attitude problem and wanted to make up nonexistent rules. The sign does say 20 items or less but it does not say anything about 1 order per person. If I could give negative 5 stars I would because her attitude was completely uncalled for
My answer to the questions about shoprite we're wrong. I thought you were still talking about shelter cove sorry
Store is mayhem unless you shop at night. Ive always liked your cashiers though. but management does nothing regarding the packed aisles and front that u cant maneuver through with a cart! people get rude and impatient because there is no space for a cart especially up front. When are they going to give the customer a more relaxed shopping experience...... PLEASE PAVE the parking lot. So difficult to push the cart on the very uneven shoddy macadem with potholes in it. Thank you.
Horrible horrible experience with new self-checkout restrictions. Avoid if possible!!
Since saker bought the shoprite on fisher bay the place has gone down the tubes. There was a reason we never shoped at the one on rt37.
getting better with stock have to put sugar free items back as there are a lot of diabetic people in toms river and they have to go elsewhere to get what they want. need more sugar free items and ice cream doing a little better8
It's my favorite super market, plus prices are going down
