Africa was amazing! She helped look for my Nieces phone in the pouring rain. ShopRite needs more people like her. I’m so thankful and I definitely will come back to this store!

Overcrowded always is big line the buffet is soso nothing exciting .Is good for a quick shop or grave an go .

Today was the best experience walking into ShopRite because for the first time i had great customer service from cashier named Marta 3-24-24 she was very courteous respectful and very knowledgeable

Thanks to Africa, she is very professional and helpful. I wish all employees would behave the same way.

I placed an order online and never received my order. The store is being unresponsive and unprofessional and not addressing the issue they caused because they didn’t have a cut off time for delivering on the app . I even called the corporate office and they also are on it

I work multiple jobs and need to do order for pickup because I am on a time crunch. This is my local ShopRite. Every time I come here, they have me sitting OVER AN HOUR in my car waiting. At that point I could’ve shopped myself, and I wouldn’t have spent $5 for the convenience of someone else shopping for me. Always hope it’ll be better next time, but it isn’t. There’s no excuse for how horrible their customer service is. No longer coming here. Rather drive to a town with quality service where I don’t have to listen to people cursing out their kids in the store. Take my advice and don’t bother.
