Friendly, professional service.
Food was excellent. Better than the last time we were there. Of course we were there when the opened at 4:30pm Wheelchair accessibility: They has wheelchair accessible and very accommodating.
So this establishment definitely dropped the ball on this evening. Not only where we rushed to make an order. After we were served our salad and soup a( Roach ) literally crawled from the burner/grill straight where I was sitting. Then after that the food didn't look fresh and when our cook try to break three eggs one of them were hard boiled. Then after that point the cook spilled water all over myself and my guests. And then after that kitchen stuff was blatantly being very unprofessional making us feel uncomfortable staring at me and my party mainly me on two different occasions, Second time I was not quite he still didn't try to take a better resolve in this scenario.staff didn't ensure I had utensils then was not given new utensils or any as of that fact! Till I asked for them .The staff somewhat helped on the situation but they could have done a whole lot more!!!! Our bill was to about $200 and nobody was looking to help on this whole negative ordeal on this restaurant!!!! Not even a small discount on the hole experience,Don't go here they have roaches!!!!!
I had great experiences having hibachi for my friend's birthday. Service was fairly quick considering they were short staffed. I enjoyed the food greatly.
Always a go to, lunch prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting.
Shogun is one of our favorite places to go as a family. It might be a chain restaurant but the food is always good and plenty of it and the chef cooking it right in front of you is fun. Always a favorite place to help celebrate a birthday or special outing.
