Such a disappointed experience we visited all the outlets of shiva's but this outlet don't have space even chairs and all are broken , no availabile on billing counter, worst food ever tried and there no one responsable is there to listen your problems or complaint

i ordered cold coco from the store and expecting it to be cold as-its described in the name but when i received it was not cold at all so i requested to the guy to make it cold they tested and insist that it is cold but it wasnt cold at all and then try to put the ice into cold coco instead of ice cream and it ruin the test of cold coco overall very bed experience feeling that it would be much better if would have bought an ice cream from any ice cream shop. i wouldnt recommend it anyone .

I looked at the atmosphere and Google pics and expected a a good taste and service. The coffee taste is pathetic. They don't even have proper cups to deliver hot beverages 😞. It's totally waste of time and money. This is the worst coffee I ever tasted. In fact I don't want to call it coffee. It's just some readymade mix and hot water.

I ordered online seeing the good reviews but the food was horrible. Coffee had something solid white floating on it, the pizza wasn't even cooked properly, the panini was decent enough to eat but overall it was a very bad experience.

Overall Good experience 👍.. evry time..

Worst food experience!!!!! :( food's quantity was so minimized and overall quality was compromised ,too. I think shivas franchise should really inspect in their regional branches for better quality assurance and long run of their business... Highly disappointed!!!
