worst experience i have ever had in my 23 years alive with a working person. The cashier should be ashamed of himself, no customer service skills. APPARENTLY IT IS FINE FOR HIM TO ACT TO HIS CUSTOMERS LIKE DOGS, telling me to “sit” when i argued back to him like i am some kind of dog. Plus many many other things that he did in 10 minutes that i was there. If you experience any kind of disability and have speech impairment please do yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you want to be made to feel bad. I hope Shell will do something against him or at least check their cameras.
After reading the problem of another customer who left a review here, I attempted to resolve my 90 year old father’s penalty via the helpline offered. Not helpful at all.

The man his on today from morning till 3pm his rude arrogant always he gets worse sometimes talks to people like they nothing some of the stuff the bus similar to him but not as bad as him his one of the worse she'll Garage stuffs and some are nice so that's why I'm giving 2 stars not 1
Remember: if using the app, first pay via the app and select the pump, and only when it's gone through, pick up the handle
If you’re using the electric charger you must give your registration to the cashier or you will get a fine. Great charger but signage could be clearer for this.
