Horrible manager. Drove through the no entry where I was trying to exit. I immediately moved out of the way, thinking that he was just a bad/ unaware driver. I then approached him to confront him as he seemed agitated by me honking at him. He told me that he "did not put my life in danger." Well, you would if I wouldn't move out of the way (considering I was on a motorbike)... He then said that he "owns the petrol station" and that he "can do whatever he wants", then he proceeded to tell me to "f@%k off" and I told him that is "not the right way to talk their customers" where he then told me to "p!$s off" at that point I gave him a bit of his own medicine to help expand his vocabulary. I have a video of him and will go publish it if I do not receive an apology letter from that employee. I have tried their customer service phone service, and the first lady refused to talk to me once I told he that I wish to record our conversation for my safety and as proof in case she mishandles my case or proceeds to treat me the same way. She hung up rightly so, as she did not wish her phone conversation with me to be recorded. Funny how they can record, but I can't, ha! So upon another attempt, I was immediately hung up on, I imagine by her. She refused to connect me to anyone else... I was then told by the third time I called that I would be contacted, but we'll see if it is actually true. I do not wish that employee to be fired as he will do the same in his new job. I demand a signed apology letter by that employee, or I will publish the video to the appropriate news outlets and social media platforms. This is not a threat but a promise. Thank you, and have a nice day. Update 02/07: I have been reached by shell and the person involved in this incident, they have apologised and agreed to offer me fuel and coffee or something idk... I will take the apology, and they can keep their fuel and offerings. All I cared about is showing that anyone who thinks they are above the law will face the consequences sooner or later... Update: 25/11/23 My review was somehow removed from the reviews of this branch. Very sus... removing reviews that are not suitable to their image?
Rute with customers, i arrived 5 minutes before 6 am and i couldn't have a coffe ,this is ridiculous.
I usually have no problems with this Shell but now this is the third time this issue has happened. They should have their hours posted for the shopping portion of the Shell, I can't find any online. I was at Shell at 4PM today when I was waiting outside to see if I would be able to come in. An employee came up to me and said he had to do something but he would be out to help me in a minute if I was willing to wait. I waited thirty minutes and gave up. I think they should have more than one person working since this has now happened to me three times. I don't blame the employee at all, I blame the lack of scheduling. Very frustrating! While I was waiting, about 5-6 people came to get petrol and left after a few minutes due to not enough people being there to help. This can't be good for business.
Good to see highprotein food at Shell ad well as some healthy options like apples and bananas instead of high sugar foods
The worse customer service, asked if they were open and got told you “fuck off” The rudest worker I have ever met. Filed a formal complaint. If I could give a minus 1 I would lol
