I love this place! I eat here on a regular basis and everything is almost perfect. Aside from the prices being a little steeper than most traditional shawarma joints, the quality can not be compared to any other place. Food is always warm and fresh, flavours are fantastic, and the service is top notch. I like the use of the iPads to order, makes ordering easy and fast. The cooks are always friendly and it is a pleasure to see them every time I go in there! I would love to see the iPads include a "notes" section so customers can include specific notes in case of dietary restrictions or custom requests. I would also like to see the iPads include a "pay at counter" option so that we can order on the iPad, and pay in cash at the counter. I would also like to see a rewards system. I eat there very often so a discount or a free item after numerous purchases would be very nice haha! The "enroll" button on the website for rewards leads to nowhere. All in all, probably my favourite shawarma joint ever, easily 5/5 stars :) Special thanks to Suraj. Best employee here and always takes care of me and makes the best wraps! -Beeps

I really don't understand what's going on with the Shelby's restaurants. The portions of food, especially the bowls, are getting smaller but the prices are high. I think going here for years. And they keep changing them. And I want today and I couldn't believe the portion of food that they provided me. The bowls are so much smaller now. If they reduce them again. I will no longer be going there because it will not be worth the price.
