Sheer Ambrosia Bakery

Sheer Ambrosia Bakery specializes in baklava! Our baklava is Greek inspired, fused with the founder/baker's southern roots. We have 14 flavors to offer. If you order online, we have two different box sizes, a 12-piece box and a 4-piece box. You can enjoy any of the 14 flavors in our 12-piece box size, but only Traditional Honey Walnut in our 4-piece boxes. Online you will find the 4-piece boxes in bundles of 10. If you are local, you can pick up fewer than 10 if you'd like. Sheer Ambrosia was founded in 2008 as a Cottage Food Facility, but now we are proud to say we are baking from our commercial kitchen in Salt Lake City. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you.
