Good seevice and good restaurant

I am a very regular customer at this location. And their sharwama is always well made, and the staff working there is very nice and friendly. Over the past 2 years, the sharwama place has become popular. And busier too. So the quality is starting to go down. I went today, my wrap had onions in them, even though I clearly mentioned only tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber. And the wrap was over saucy. The second item, it had too much spice in it. The fault is definitely the manager/ owner who has his resturant understaffed. When your growing so well and making a great revenue, it wouldn't hurt to have an extra person work in the evening. That will be a help to your own restaurant because it will help save the great quality you had before. There were 4 people working. Who were juggling between so many orders back and forth. It's not a coffee place where a order is prepared, in 30 seconds, it's a sharwama, a whole meal and people want their meal well done. I hope management looks into this issue.

Best shawarma in the GTA!! We drive all the way from Scarborough, but it is well worth it. We really enjoy the chicken shawarma plate.
