I "used" to order here 2-3 times a month. But after today NEVER AGAIN!! He gave my husband the wrong order and I don't eat their beef products. So, I called back and they hung up three times. I drove back twenty minutes with the ghetto steak and cheese sandwich and request my money back. This man says, "What am I supposed to do with that?" I will never go here again. I don't think they should be supported in this neighborhood. It's time to pack up when you treat us like that! The BBB is my next stop! Should have given me my $10.50 or correct food. It isn't even about the money. It's about your ethics! You fake like you can't speak english on the dime! Stop it! The fries with the sandwich looked soggy and very salty too! Garbage!!! charging somebody for sauce for wings is insane. No place in dc is charging for sauce for wings. Who cares if it’s cheap and now y’all need more money that’s why y’all charging for some the sauce with wings nooo that’s not how it goes I worked with fast food for years usually you if your getting something like a burger or sub ,Fries then you pay for sauce if you order wings,nuggets you get 1 free dipping sauce. Not to mention y’all lying on Uber eats saying y’all called uncle Sammy’s but the whole time y’all are sharks
