The food was wonderful, the service was nice. The design is good if you like that type of atmosphere.

I knew this place would be good when I seen a line of people to get in, Eric and Addison took great care of me making recommendations on the meals , the ribs were insanely good and the chicken as well, both well cooked with plenty of flavor , not dried out ,,, the beans was superb and Mac and cheese did not lack. It is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat from when I’m in town. Thanks for the experience guys.

Update: I guess we only got to enjoy this place a while. They say their going back to weighing everything and it's apparently about 40% less meat than before. Fries weren't any good and no cheese on the fries. Just wouldn't be interested in coming anymore. Was good while it lasted but theres just better out there for the price now. Yummy 😋 BBQ sandwiches are supper yummy. If you sign up with the app, you can try one free. I liked the big daddy sandwich and the smothered pork sandwich. I always just split it with my daughter since there's so much meat. My fiance likes the Pork Melt sandwich. The BBQ pork plate and buffalo shack fries are good for sharing. Baked beans, Cole slaw,fries and onion rings were good. Staff is nice. It's clean, relaxing and quiet with not too many people there. The bathroom is clean with a changing table.

Let me start off by saying, I enjoy eating at Shane's. However tonight visit was horrible. But I spoke with the area manager Christine, she did respond and corrected the issue. The biggest part that will keep my family has a lifetime customer was her respond to hearing the customer out!! Thank you Christine 😊

I am just so impressed with the gentlmen here. I had flat tire around here and had to fix it on the Marvis Tire shop. I was starving and I am vegan. The only option near the tire shop with walking distance is Shane’s Rib Shack. 🤣 But there are 3 gentlemen trying to figure out what I can eat and very attentive. They end up making a real fresh salad with fresh ingredients. I am so thankful.🙏 Usually I would get a dirty looks if I am in a meat- based restaurant but I didn’t feel any of those vibes here. Highly recommended. Not for vegan food but the people here are just so nice!😊

Great food, service, and atmosphere. The lady at the register is precious! Met my sister from another mother. Ribs, Shaniack burger, and loaded fries were delicious! Thank you ladies for your help!

Cashier was very nice. But the food was not it. The peach cobbler had the weirdest texture. The potato salad had no flavor. The chicken tenders were extremely overcooked & dry. The ribs were ok, but lacking flavor.

Store 111 I understood it was the 4th. Hours says it closed at 9 I got there at 8. Stood up front while I say 5-6 never greeted said can I help you. Anything. So I turned to walk out still nothing.. poor service..
