Hi! Thank you for taking the time to check us out, and welcome to our Bakery! We are a local small business run by family, like family!! We still bake all of our items by hand, have been since we opened in 1995. We are certified by the CRC as KOSHER PARVE, making us 100% DAIRY FREE, and we are baking in a NUT-FREE FACILITY. We are open Sun/Tues/Thurs 8am to 12pm, Friday 7am to 12pm. You will, by far, have the best assortment Friday morning! Some items, like our Bagels, challahs, corn muffins, and certain cookies and coffee cakes are available fresh daily.... anything else available with a 24 hour notice..... or honestly, trust me, make it a point to come on a Friday!!
