Shake Shack Westfield Montgomery Mall

Staff is unprofessional and childish. My kids ordered a hot dog from the kiosk and the cook yelled out “someone ordered a glizzy”. That is extremely childish to yell out so that other customers can hear. The food was not good at all either. Will never return.

My friend and I ordered Shake Shack as dinner before a movie. I ordered the veggie burger and added avocado which was extra. It took about 15 mins-and when it came it didn’t have any avocado. And I paid extra for it, so I was sad. I was really looking forward to it. My friend ordered a single cheeseburger at the same time I did, and we waiting for almost 30 minutes before it arrived. The ice was all melted when her food was ready and we were sad it took so long.

The worst experience ever visiting shake shack. Ordered a shack stack burger and it took 20 mins to get it. What’s worst is the meat patty falling apart, with no tomato in the burger. They used to serve better, don’t know what’s going on here.

They gave me the wrong order I was at lunch I'm a truck driver I called no answer and they don't allow you to leave a message

Terrible service; their kiosk charged my credit card but didn't give me a receipt; i waited for them to call my name but they never did; i asked them if they have my food order in their system and they said no; i showed them i was charged on my credit card app and they still couldn't find my order; i told them i want a refund back and they made me wait while they took other people’s order; they finally gave a partially refund because their system cant seem to come up with the exact charge on my credit card; please avoid buying food here at all cost; you are better getting food at other places in the food court.

The place was not busy when we arrived. Ordering was quick and the preparation time was reasonable. The burgers are delicious but TINY. French fries lacked flavor, they weren't even salty (maybe someone forgot to add salt?) Upon being called to pick up my order, I said "thank you" to their employee, just to be ignored. The next time I'll try a different Shake Shack.
