The food is good, kinda expensive and not great. I think something like Portillios is better. The ordering kiosks were a cool idea but they didn't work well and it was backing everything up. The staff was awesome so just let them take the orders.

I write honest Yelp reviews and they get taken down. Yelp suppresses good reviews when those businesses don't buy advertising from Yelp. What a scam. Glad I barely use Yelp anymore. Lots of better sites to get real reviews these days. BTW, my 3 star review on Shake Shake is generous. Expensive & bad. Yelp I rate at 1 star. Goodbye, this is my final review on this site. ✋️

Hamburger was juicy and good. I love onions with my burger but no onion was in it so that was bit of disappointment. Other than that, I like shake shack burgers.

Very expensive for a small burger. Fries were uncooked on the middle.
