I really appreciate Shake Shack because of the patience of the workers. I have visited SS 3X now.. Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga and now Costa Mesa. The rep was very sensitive to my food allergies and made sure the order was correct. I tried the chicken sandwich and it was very tasty. My daughter is a vegetarian and she gets the mushroom/veggie pattie. The shakes are awesome. Loved the coffee and donut shake. Hope they bring that back. A+++

This location perfectly demonstrated what makes Shake Shack great, incredible flavor, excellent service, and classic food done extremely well. Kathy and her team took great care of us and I can't wait to come back.
