the service was lacking somewhat and we didn't really hear our orders being called out, food was pretty good and the milkshakes are nice overall I'd give it a 6.5/10

Don't bother! If you like spending £20+ on an average burger and a tiny portion of Tesco crinkle cut chips then crack on! I will definitely not be coming back in a hurry, absolute waste of money.

First time at shake shack today, my self and my 12 year old daughter. £35 for 2 small burgers 2 chips and 1 drink. It’s an extremely expensive McDonalds. Won’t be going again very disappointed

Overpriced greasy mess. Bun 5/10: Too small but tasty Patty 7/10: best bit of the burger Salad 3/10: huge pieces of raw onion and one lettuce leaf £11.30 for a burger of ok quality is unbelievable.

Pretty bog standard burger place. No five guys or anything exciting. Chips were OK and slightly soggy. Partner liked it though, I personally wouldn't want to go again on purpose.

Food and place were really good. Staff really friendly. Price however was disgusting and no meal deal is rubbish. Over £20 for a burger and chips with a ice cream in a fast food outlet is beyond money grabbing.

food is lovely as usual and the service is exceptionally top today thanks to Kelsey who cane to tables to ensure everyone is enjoying their meals !!
