Been here twice. Loved it both times

If you can get over the terrible service and orders that aren't completed correctly, the food isn't bad.

In door and outdoor seating market and restaurant with a great menu. I had the breakfast burrito and it was tasty.

Wonderful place for lunch

My mom and I took a random day to have tea here. A not on mother's day, belated mother's day tea. We did the full tea service for $42 a person which included as much tea as we wanted, 2 scones and fancy butter, soup, salad, and a huge tea service of sandwiches and desserts. It was so much food my mom took some of hers home. The service was warm, friendly and appropriately timed (no one wants "fast" afternoon tea). The seating area was cute. Everything seemed homemade and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend for tea. It is a smaller space, so I wouldn't suggest it for a big group, but it looked like they could seat around 10 at separate tables. Parking was a little annoying but manageable. I paid $2.50 for 2 hours on a side street. They did request I make reservations.

Serendipity on Market is a casual sandwich/coffeehouse/market. It's very laid back, serving fresh made food and coffee, with a small market that carries limited grocery and produce items. We got a late start to the day, didn't stop in till early afternoon, but they were nice enough to make us some Avocado Toast from the breakfast menu. We also got a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough, and a vanilla latte. Everything tasted fresh and delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. Will definitely be back.

As someone who has celiacs, I was so excited to see that they had gluten free options! The food here was incredible and the gluten free carrot cake cupcake was phenomenal. I will be coming back here often!

Small but good selection and price for groceries and has a deli. Great to be able to walk and not have to drive to a supermarket.

I attend the temple and have been eagerly waiting for the open of serendipity just around the corner and I was not disappointed in the slightest! I was greeted so sweetly and with excitement and left with a full heart! The serendipity salad with the house dressing was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend adding and egg and bacon to make it even more so when you order! I forgot to take pictures, but!! I will absolutely be back without a doubt! (:
