We proudly craft our sake using the finest locally sourced California ingredients: pure water from Yosemite's glacier-carved watershed, organically grown rice from the Sacramento Valley, heirloom koji, and native sake yeast. Our commitment to excellence earned us gold and silver medals at the Tokyo Sake Competition in 2019. We are the only sake brewery outside Japan that owns the rice seed we provide to our farmers.
