I enjoyed myself but my senior friend was over whelmed because she's in a real restaurant with today's prices. She was full from the potato and took home the meatloaf. I ordered the 8 Oz sirloin that was a bit charred on the outside but med well inside which is hard to cook. Good experience
We spent over $100.00 and it was terrible!! The ribs were so dry they were horrible. I would save your $$$ it was a terrible experience. The waitress and the manager could of cared less that the food was awful. Save your $$$ Go to Sonny’s or Roadhouse.
Clean place. Good service. The brisket was salty. It was a good cut of meat, smoked really good, the bark, the deckle were good, the rub was just waaay to salty. The noodles and cheese were so so. The cornbread was good, (all three bites.) The baked potato was good but not worth $6.50. The spareribs were really good. The green salad was really good the homemade croutons were really good the blue cheese dressing was good.
Stay closed so somebody can open it and put something good there you can’t get it right bottom line
Update: Not impressed. Tried them out opening night when they reopened. Yes, reopened because they had to revamp their menu and train their staff better. Don’t think it helped. Waitress hardly came by and someone else had to refill our drinks as she never came around. Wasn’t impressed with the pork tacos on opening night. They just lacked. Meat was dry and had hardly any sauce on them and the pickled onion were just not good and fries lacked freshness, thought ok, first time open, AGAIN, staff is new, it’ll be better next time. Wrong! For the price you pay you’d expect better food. Green beans are French cut and seems to be out of a can. Fries again were not fresh, were not crispy nor salted!! Blah!! Tasted like they were cooked and left in the warmer until needed. Got a Philly cheese steak that had canned mushrooms on it and just put on a hoagie roll that was just taken out of a bag. The fold was split all the way down the roll and the roll wasn’t warm or toasted. I’d rather get a Philly at Miller’s just down the road for the same price exact price with fresh ingredients and fresh HOT fries. A regular soda is 3.50 and with that price, you’d want at least a refill but our server once again never came back to our table after we got our food until we were done and just ready to go. Won’t be trying them again especially for the prices they charge and the lack of quality. We have no issues with paying the higher prices for a good quality meal but they aren’t serving that. Hubby and I tried them out today (first day open to public) Food was tasty! Will definitely be back. Could have used a bit more bbq on the sandwich, but extra is only .99
Still haven't received my last paycheck. I have reached out to the owner's daughter and haven't received a response.
Somewhat disappointed. Sat at the bar Friday night, not that busy at all, ordered their tater tot appetizer. Description looked interesting on the menu. As soon as I receive the order I knew something was strange. It literally came out within 5 minutes of me ordering it. There was no way they came out of a deep fryer. As soon as I started to eat them I knew I was right they weren't hot, basically room temperature. My guess is they probably keep them under a heat lamp pour some cheese over them and that's it. The bartender service was very good, they knew what they were doing and they were very pleasant. On the service I would give them a five, on the quality of the food a one or two.
Uhhhh...they're boarded up. Shuttered. Don't bother. 12/15/22.
