The chicken was hot and fresh! The guy at the counter was very attentive and made sure everything was good. People were satisfied and happily chatting in the dining area which was nice and clean. I got the 12 piece mixed. Paid extra for exchange of slaw with fried okra, mashed potatoes with gravy on the side. I liked the mango habanero sauce. It was fruity and spicy. Also their sweet tea is on point and the banana pudding cup was bangin. I'm so tired of the other places not giving a damn so I decided to take my money elsewhere and I'm glad I did Parking: It's in a shopping strip, so there's plenty of parking space available
I was very dissatisfied. I ordered the chicken extra crunchy, collard greens and potato salad. The chicken had zero flavor.( No seasoning in sight) and it tasted super oily. Unfortunately now, I'm sick from eating this food.
Great food at decent prices. I used to not like chicken and waffles until I tried Scratch's. So yummy!
Best restaurant in Greensboro thus far! Dear God I been missing out!!
The chicken was cooked fresh, to order, golden brown. The sides were generous portions, I also had the Cajun seafood egg rolls the portions were greater than expected. The food was excellent, the only thing didn’t like was the slaw, it wasn’t sweet to my taste. I will definitely return for more.
The chicken and waffles were good but I would skip any of the pudding cups and desserts. It was a nice little spot for our group of 3. We didn't wait too long in line or for our food to get to the table.
Cheeseburger egg rolls were good. The buffalo chicken sandwich isn't tossed in buffalo sauce, they clearly just poured hot sauce on a plain fried chicken patty which was extremely disappointing. Mac n cheese was lacking salt and the bacon ranch chicken sandwich has rubbery bacon. Ranch dressing was watered down. Fries were decent though. I think all this restaurant needs is to use proper seasonings/salt and actually use real buffalo sauce and a higher quality ranch.
Best fried chicken in Greensboro. Period.
