Scoville Hot Chicken is a story about how inspiration leads to passion, and how pursuing dreams can come true. Justin Lee, a Michelin awarded chef from LA, decided to open a Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant after being blown away when tasting the spicy fried chicken at Howlin' Ray restaurant from great Chef Johnny Ray Zone. After travelling the world tasting and learning about food, he went to Nashville to dig in everything about spicy hot chicken. He decided to bring the concept to Atlanta metro area.
