Scotty's Catering

Highly recommended! Scotty's Catering recently provided an excellent breakfast for about 30 technicians and pipe fitters attending our annual safety meeting. These guys raved about the food and asked if we could have it for all of our meetings! While planning the menu, Rob was very helpful with suggestions, all of which we chose to include. Our menu consisted of the following: an assortment of pastries, a refreshing fruit salad, the most wonderful, fluffiest scrambled eggs I've ever eaten, perfectly cooked bacon - not too crisp, not too soft - , a mix of sausage links and patties, an amazing potato casserole that included not only the shredded hash brown potatoes, but also a few chunks of red potatoes and topped with expertly browned cheddar cheese. My personal favorite was the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were soft and flaky, making them a splendid match for the gravy. But also, were equally delightful by themselves. All food items were the correct temperature - hot items hot, and cold items cold. Rob was a pleasure to do business with, he came to the office early, set up the buffet tables (complete with table coverings), chafing dishes, cutlery, etc. All necessary serving ware was provided, as well as accompaniments such as ketchup, salt, pepper, etc. He also provided a cooler stocked with the refreshments I had requested. I highly recommend his services and will contact him again for any of our catering needs.

Just had over 50 'boxed lunches' delivered to church last night in the pouring rain! Rob was early, everything was delicious, and correct me if I'm wrong, I think he might have given us a couple extras just in case some extra senior citizens showed up to our EVENT!!! People raved especially about the Potato Salad - but all comments were POSITIVE! Thank you Rob!

I have worked with Rob @ Scotty's Catering for years. He's the best and the company provides a great meal, no matter what it is. His pork loins are the BEST!
