Scoop Ice Cream Cafe

Never came across such rude staff! My 3 year old was desperate for the toilet. I asked if he could use the toilet as he was dancing getting distressed. The staff members response was "no the toilets are for customers only" whilst looking at my desperate child. I tried to tell her that he was only 3 and that I had every intention of getting my kids an ice-cream. But she turned her back on me and walked away into the back. After such a rude response I took my children to Starbucks to be met by much more friendly and welcoming staff, who were happy for my child to use the toilet regardless of being a customer. To turn away a young child desperate to use a toilet is totally disgusting. I will never return.

Best ice cream in Warrington. They all taste like the flavours they say they are , I always come here , smoothies are fabulous and tasty, I highly recommend this place . I’ve always got on with the lady who owns it as she always lets on to me when I’m there as well.

This place needs shutting down, ripping out and refurbishment the floor tiles have been broken and uneven for years, the food they sell is ok but very over priced and for an establishment like this the lack of basic cleaning both in the toilet and eating area is very poor !!!!

Tried the milk shakes and ice-cream and they were very good.

We've been before and enjoyed the icecream and service. However that has clearly changed. £9 for 6 *small* scoops of icecream, extra if you want a small empty tub and spoons. The serving lady was clearly indifferent to her job and was very blunt and lacked manners.

Had a scone with my cup tea best scone I’ve ever had with clotted cream and jam ,best ever would visit again

Still the Best ice cream in town and friendly staff.
