Est in 2017, Scoop and Joy has been putting smiles on faces,(and Ice Cream), in the local Scottsdale Community. We are a small, family owned, Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor serving In House Freshly Baked Waffle Cones, Sundaes, Milkshakes, Root Beer Floats, Affogatos, Donut Ice Cream Sandwiches, and more! Following our FRESH NEW MARCH 2025 REMODEL, we will now have daily made Ice Cream Cakes, Pastries, and even offer incredible Custom Order Ice Cream Cakes for our local Scottsdale Community!
