Savor is not a restaurant, but a classroom where students attending the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute learn to work in a restaurant setting. Our hospitality students are your front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and host. Our culinary students are working on the line cooking your food to order, working all stations in the kitchen. Our baking and pastry students are preparing and plating your desserts. As a guest, you are welcome to dine with us for lunch ($17 - 2 courses) or dinner ($30 - 3 courses). Reservations are highly recommended as we are usually booked out a week in advance. Children's menu is available for $8 per person. *Seating may be limited due to student attendance and class times.
