Having grown up in Chicago I am always looking for some of that wonderful pizza. I thought, based on reviews I read, that Inwas going to find it at Savastanos. The thin crust was not crisp, pizza not cut in squares, sausage and sauce bland. My pizza was a supreme but I could not find any onions on it. The restaurant was cute and service great but was very disappointed in the "Chicago style pizza" Written March 22, 2024

I'm a NY pizza die hard fan and I absolutely love Savastanos's! The cheese pull is amazing every time and holy smokes is it filling. Anything after two slices and a good nap is required! If you're feeding like four people a small will do just fine. The lunch special 6" deep dish is an absolute steal as well!

Finally got to try some awesome deep dish, Chicago style pizza! I finally know what "Pizza Pie" really means lol. It was great. Wife and I tried it on a Monday night, service was good. Probably could of been sat faster, since it looked like there was a bunch of tables open. OR at least been told why there was a wait? Just some basic customer service. The waitress was great though. Recommended some appetizers and they were great. Food was phenomenal. The deep dish is a whole meal. Small fed us, 2 "eaters" with lots of leftovers. Will Definitely return!!
