Good food but small portions. Mostly rice! But disappointed
Authentic & tasty. Very very cheap just £8-10. They use high quality of jasmine rice. May be the cheapest and most vualable Thai food in the UK.
Crowded during meal times, selection of tasty dishes at reasonable prices,
Really good value lunch spot in the covered market. I had some chicken tom yum followed by duck red curry and rice. Really tasty, well spiced and lovely staff too.
Simply, if you are really hungry and looking for something to fill you up, then this is the place! You get a sufficient plate of rice with generously served one or two curries. It’s £8 pounds for one curry and £10 for two. There is also Noodles for the base. If you go upstairs you can choose from the menu. Try it, it’s an experience!
Gets the job done when you're in the area. Not particularly wowed by the crispy pork (a bit tough) or the fish curry. Portions kind of scant for 1 protein (£8) and average for 2 protein (£10). Self serve with water and utensils.
Order a plate of pad Thai and I was told that it’s not spicy. I double confirmed whether it was spicy or not because the food was for my children. However, it’s actually super salty and spicy, my children couldn’t even take a bite! I ordered the green curry for myself and its very salty too, rice was definitely overnight rice, dry and hard. Don’t care about the thai tea, it’s actually a cup of sugar water in brown.
