Mall Food gross I know, but the Chicken Teriyaki is $$$

I have come here on occasion for the last ≈ 6 years. no complaints. I always get chicken teriyaki with extra chicken. serving size and cost is appropriate.

Your typical Sarku. Food was as expected. Ordered the fried rice double chicken. At this location they charge extra for fried rice. Other location the fried rice does not have an additional charge. Considering Portion and taste, it was as expected. The chicken dumpling were unimpressive.

No one wears gloves when preparing food. I asked about it and I basically got laughed at. No yum yum sauce and they have fake siracha. Waste of time & money.

They give so little meat and noodle when I have to pay extra for noodle

I use to love Sakura. I use to go and split it with my kids. There was a lady next to me making hers the same time and it was all “vegetable” cabbage. A small amount of noodle and chicken. So the lady and myself both said wth is that?! They started yelling at us saying it’s how it always was. Bull! It use to be bigger white containers. They changed them to black smaller ones but filled it.. now they filled it with vegetables and threw a little chicken and noodles on top and it fills half the container. I said this is my last time here and the lady said good. Thats customer service. Awful. Save your $11 because it’s not worth even $5 2nd picture just to show you how small the container actually is

Three good things: good price good service good food

I stopped by here while starving to death.. even with a line, service was professional and expedited! Great fried rice and meats here.
