Great food, bad service. Had to prove my food was mine or I couldn't get it.I ordered on uber eats everything went thru went to pick it up and the guy just had to give me a hard time. Said he had to see a name but my name was not listed on the confirmation since I was picking up my own order. Wasted my lunch break won't be ordering from here again

These people are wearing masks as if there's the bubonic plague going around. It's hard to order and hear what they are saying with a mask, yet they complain when I wear a WW2 respirator. It's time that liberals in Eugene realized that wearing a mask will not save you from COVID-19. Almost all the Chinese in mainland china wear a mask, and still despite zero covid measures, the virus still manages to spread. Wake up, the only way is to get vaccinated, not block your face.

I've been coming here for many years. I love the food and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. I've never been disappointed. The atmosphere is mall but it's worth it. A+ Vegetarian options: Just get it with no meat.

It's mall food! That being said, it's the best place here to eat. Portion size is amazing. The staff are fast and friendly. Very, very good food.

The food is just packet teriyaki sauce on frozen noodles, beef, and shrimp. You can only taste the horrible sauce. No seasoning in anything. The shrimp tempura was okay but they were tiny. Just get Panda Express
