The worth chicken & shrimp teriyaki in town and service

Let me start with this location has no working phone number. I drove out here to order a large catering order to find out no one here spoke English! Wasted my time.

Bewared food quanlity. I love Sarku Japan. It was my first time try this shop in Montgomery mall. The food makes me diarrhea really bad during midnight. (At your own risk).

Every time I come to the mall I eat here. Their teriyaki chicken is the best ! Super tasty and the staff are very nice helpful people.

Went there to ask for a teriyaki chicken sample before placing an order. They guy say "NO". What a joke! Left...

I had a very negative takeout experience. I order the food ahead of time using a 3rd party app. When I arrived to pickup my food, I noticed the app said my order status was picked up. When I asked for my order, they took less than 3 seconds to look for it. Long story short, the staff was unwilling to help. They probably gave my order to someone else by mistake.

By far, this location has best chicken teriyaki. I used App to order and accumulate points. It is one of my favorite joint at Montgomery mall. Chicken sometime is saucy but my son loves. Teriyaki sauce at this location is not too salty and just right 🙌. I will include photos next time. This is a chicken teriyaki joint. I haven’t had their sushi 🍣 .

Workers can get a little annoying, some are nice though. Great food never disappoints. Good for price, pretty healthy. Satiating and remains hot for a while.

The food overall is become tasteless where the rolls are made with sub-standard tuna and other meats , stale avocado, heavy peanut oil chicken and other meats, and tasteless teriyaki for any selection. The noodles are cooked for under 2 minutes prior going in the box for customers. This location really needs to work hard in multiple areas to make it consumable again. I would not recommend this place.

What happened to chopsticks wasabi and the ginger you are so géneros

This food was bland and service was horrible. This was my first time at this franchise and I was rushed while no one was in line behind me. Also the cashier seemed to be condescending when I asked questions trying to navigate the menu. Needless to say with bad food and bad service I will NOT be back.

Best chicken teriyaki in the area.
