Saporium Firenze

One of the most special dining experiences my wife and I have ever had! We did the Chef Tasting Menu as were not disappointed!!!! Thanks for altering a couple items due to her seafood allergy! Chef is amazing! Food is amazing! Wine pairings were amazing! Highly recommend!!!!!

Worst michelin restaurant, undeserved. Staff seemed unhappy and overworked, ambience was negative, food was underwhelming with more emphasis on the appearance than quality of food. Completely ignored food restrictions. Server Ricardo was about to double charge, and became combative and quite rude, distinctively unkind. Poor service, mediocre food.

Had a lovely time at Saporium. The food was incredible and the staff was so warm and welcoming. The timing was a little off so the whole experience took longer than expected but the atmosphere is beautiful and calming. There was a guest that was being rude that soured the mood a bit and might be why the timing was off. The staff made sure to make up for it. The wine pairings were quite small pours but the quality of the wine was really wonderful. Overall I had a really lovely evening and enjoyed all of the dishes. So much deliciousness in one meal. The risotto was perfection. All of the vegetables were exquisite. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to dine there while in Italy.

We came here for for a special celebration and emailed the team to confirm our reservation. They were quick to get back to us and we didn't have to put down a deposit. Staff were very friendly and we have a very good seat next to the kitchen and can see how they work on the presentation. A wonderful evening, creative menu and delicious food 🥰😍

Ho la fortuna di poter mangiare spesso in ristoranti riconosciuti e di calibro ma questa è stata davvero una delle più belle e complete esperienze fatte in un ristorante stellato degli ultimi anni. I livelli della materia prima sono strabilianti curati e valorizzati, per nulla snaturati come putroppo spesso oggi accade anche in tanti ristoranti stellati. Mi sono completamento affidato ai ragazzi(come secondo me andrebbe sempre fatto in posti del genere), dalla selezione del menu degustazione per mano dello chef al beverage. La cucina a vista,vedere la mestria di un giovane chef e della su brigata è uno spettacolo per gli occhi,un ambiente elegante e raffinato (ma non compassato) renderanno ancora più unico il vostro momento. Voglio concludere ma non per importanza,parlando di Blanca e Riccardo in sala non due semplici "Narratori" come tanti ristoranti stellati ci hanno abituato (a mio avviso sbagliando,poi sono pareri soggettivi)ma due compagni di viaggio preprati ,sorridenti,disponbili che accompagneranno il vostro percorso passo dopo passo facendovi sentire letteralmente all'interno e alla scoperta di una stupenda "Casa". Avere uno staff del genere è un valore assoluto, è quel Quid in più indispensabile per rendere un posto unico.... Con la certezza di rivederci presto. Con tantissima stima. Diego Pappalardo.

I took my husband here for his birthday when we were visiting Florence. My first advice to the restaurant is to give both guests menus with prices in - the fact that as a woman I was given a menu with no prices (despite being the one paying!) whilst my husband had a different menu with prices, is sexist and outdated. The decor is beautiful and it is quite an intimate restaurant, which was lovely but a bit quiet. My husband absolutely loved the vegetarian tasting menu and I had the fish tasting menu which had some nice delicate flavours. Most of the waiters were lovely and very accommodating, but the sommelier wasn’t pleased when I tried to request a wine I liked and instead insisted of bringing out a paired wine which I didn’t enjoy. The head waiter remedied this, which I appreciated. Overall the food is interesting and we liked the farm to table approach, but the atmosphere and service a little stuffy and we wouldn’t rush back.

Excellent restaurant, tout est délicieux. Le menu poisson fruits de mer est très élaboré et excellent . le chef est très présent, et cerise sur le gâteau, il parle parfaitement bien le français 👍 il mérite leur 1ere étoile

Unglaublich! Neues Menü! Unbeschreiblich lecker, absolut passende Weinbegleitung. Jeder der 10 Gänge ein Erlebnis. Das Konzert "Farm to plate" ist voll gelungen. Und ein ganz herzliches und professionelles Serviceteam. Herzlichen Dank für den schönen Mittag.

Si vous pouvez le faire, c'est une sacrée expérience ! Produits extra-frais, dont beaucoups venant de l'exploitation du chef. Sophistiqué, élégant, moderne, à l'écoute. Merci à toute l'équipe.
