Sanctuary Bistro

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had in Charlotte, and I am not even a vegan! I highly recommend Sanctuary Bistro to curious folks who are looking for healthy, high-quality, and delicious food. You will not be disappointed.

We made our third visit to Sanctuary Bistro last weekend - shame on me for not writing earlier reviews! Twice we went with non-vegans who were amazed by the interesting menu. By now, we’ve learned to come hungry so we can take full advantage of that menu - this time we ordered the charcuterie board, multiple appetizers, main dishes, and dessert. Everything was wonderful! Can’t wait to visit again sometime soon!

I stumbled across this place and was greatly pleased. Noel seated and served me and did a phenomenal job of making sure I was taken care of. The food was delicious, and the tiramisu stole the show. I definitely recommend this place. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free vegan

We had the waffles with the mushrooms at brunch and it was awesome. Great atmosphere and food.

Absolutely amazing! The best brunch I have had in years! Food was delicious. We had the oyster mushroom waffles, florentine and broccoli bacon soufflé. They were all made to perfection. Thank you for opening such a great vegan restaurant. We will be back!!
